The May 22nd standing protest along the shoreline of Milton Locks up to Milton Common was a huge success, helping show the community’s strength of feeling about the Aquind Interconnector project and also raising awareness to Portsmouth’s residents new to the issues around the project. Portsmouth City Council members were also there to show unified support across all parties for the protest.
